What OTCharts is
OTCharts is charting and education software. It displays market data and teaches you to read it. It is not a broker, does not execute trades, does not hold funds, and does not give investment advice. Nothing in the product — no indicator, pattern, confluence score or lesson — is a recommendation to trade anything.
Your account and plan
- One account per person; keep your password to yourself.
- The price you see on the pricing page is the price you pay. Plan changes are prorated; moving down is one click.
- If the price ever changes, the pricing page changes first and existing subscribers are told before it touches them.
- You can cancel any time; access runs to the end of the paid period.
The data
Quotes are supplied as-is from live feeds. We measure and display them honestly — including showing a dash where a number cannot be measured — but markets, feeds and networks fail, and charts can be late, gapped or wrong. Do not build anything on the assumption that they cannot be. Redistributing the feed outside the product is not allowed.
Trading risk
Trading involves risk of loss, and the instruments the OTC book quotes carry a built-in house edge that the product itself computes for you. The education here reports measurements, not promises of profit. Decisions and their outcomes are yours. See the risk disclosure.
Fair use, and ours
- Do not abuse, resell, scrape or overload the service.
- We may suspend accounts that do; where reasonable we warn first.
- The software is provided as-is; our liability is capped at what you paid in the previous twelve months.
